GIU Day 5: Lunchbox notes

Friday got here quick this week!  Love Fridays but a bit sad that it is my last day as your GIU gal.  It sure has been fun, thank you all for the lovely comments all week!

Today I am sharing a little project I worked on last night.  My oldest will be starting Kindergarten this fall and she loves crafting and making cards with me but even more than that she LOVES getting cards!  She's going to all day Kindergarten and she'll do awesome but I'm sure going to miss her during the days.  I wanted to make her some little notes that I could include with her lunch each day and what better way to do that than to use my Unity Stamps!
I started with a pack of 100 blank white cardstock in 3x4 from my Project Life stash and just started looking through my binders of stamps for some fun and encouraging images that I thought she'd like.
I used my Copics to color them in and glammed a few up with some washi tape.
Most of the stamps are from old Kit of the Months or Itty Bittys.

Some got edges distressed with Tim Holtz distress inks.

I have lots of great ideas for more and I know she will get a kick out of her colorful notes each day!

GIVEAWAY!!!
The wonderful and generous Unity Stamp Co is giving away 2 Itty Bitties of your choice to one lucky commenter this week.  To qualify simply leave a comment on any of my 5 GIU posts this week (M-F) for a chance to win.  I will pick a winner on Monday July 28th.

I am also linking up for Friends With Flair today, always lots of gorgeous inspiration every week!

  7. Those are awesome. Hope you can keep up and have a card per day. I would collect them if I was your daughter. Or maybe you can use them for an album of her school year. Either or... These are very cool fun cards.
